Veto: I didn't even think about checking it on old vic. I should get myself to dig out a breadbox with old vic and check it out on that. :)
great picture, good work avoiding clashes. i also like the motive, very moody and mysterious.
btw i checked the pic with old and new vic colors. i prefer old colors with this pic, though this is meesing up your grid work a bit and causes some clashes...
DB - im not a c64 guy - i dont know about the details of its tech limitations, but if thats the case then yes i presume that would make that quite difficult.
Great Hires stuff! The cyan at the back of the head might not have been the best color choice and perhaps something more could have been done with the "unused" eye-chars?

lovely work. colors are a tad compartmentalized but the composition is very interesting.
