As much as i agree with the previous commentor, I can't deny how appealing this is. :)
It would be way cooler if the clouds were on different layers 
What would be REALLY sweet is if, instead of the lateral movement of the bg, it was set on a rotation axis and had a curving movement. I might high-five you for something like that.
