FINALLY figured out how to do a proper animation WITH transparency using GIMP.

This is my most recent animation.  Many more to add in the coming days.  For a game in development.  C & C welcome and appreciated.  If you have a Mac OS 10.6.8 and want a demo I can send you a copy of our game.  I'm serious.
