I actually like the face and hair a lot. And this reminds me of Eagle, from Advance Wars. Pretty nice pose!

lovely pose, i enjoy the pants and leg placement a lot.

 I think the head would look much better with a angle ( not just side way) and the color of the shirt looks like its your skin. The arms are great
