Maybe that's what's annoying louise.
That's really nice, not overdone at all. I'm not liking the quick 2-frame shaking too much though, seems too fast and unnatural.
Something about the animation is really annoying me, but I still like it. I'm jealous of anyone that can do pixel trees properly 
There seems to be a mini-fad of sorts going on with tiny trees in the gallery, but this one's easily the most appealing out of them all. The animation doesn't look very windy though- I feel this is because the entire tree is rustling all at once, whereas an object moving in the wind undulates, with a flowing movement that travels across the object in a wavelike motion. Visualize how a flag would move!
