Thank you Franuka for actually giving me advice on why less colours would benefit me. Once i finalize a level design/palette i'll probably be more concerned over the number of colours in this piece. Until then it really doesn't matter.
So just to clarify, i don't need the obvious to be pointed out anymore.
@Kaiseto i was considering reworking the jacket to look more... jacket-like, so i guess this is reason enough to =p
I think the reason people like to point of lots of colors is that often times, the fewer colors you restrict yourself to the more interesting and aesthetically pleasing a piece will end up being. It's just generally a good practice.
The animation is solid. It doesn't have too many frames, but they're very even and it gets across the motion nicely. Her breasts look kinda... pointy though? I'm not sure if it's just the design of her shirt, but the single pixels pointing down in that area are a bit confusing.
honestly you could easily have done this with 9 or 10 colors, 11 if you wanted to be a little greedy
But it's true! Please don't offend, I know I may not be one to talk about this, but many of your colours are basically identical, and only add to the colour count.
Look, this is 21 colours and I only took 1 minute to change some of them. It looks the same unless you ultra zoom it.

If you want my opininon, try to keep a palette and only add colours when there isn't another one that would get the same result. Trust me, I'm learning this the hard way :p
And by the way, I like the animation!
Yes, but that comment is still retarded. Why note that it doesn't "look" like 29 colours. How is the fact that others can detail more with fewer colours relevent? If i wanted it to be more detailed it would be.
I realise i asked for CC, but stating the obvious really isn't very constructive.
But it's true. You really have a lot of colors, a lot of them almost the same. I have similar problem too. This doesn't mean that the picture id bad, just that you should work on your palette handling.
That doesn't look like 29 colors at all, actually 29 colors is a quite big number. There are people who do way more detailed shading with half that amount.
You really nailed the animation dude.
