Um... this is a bit much. I think that this pic is gonna crash the site because it's so good.
OMG! OMG! OMG! you are so talented this is the coolest thing i have seen yet!!!! i love it big time x one thousand!!! great Job!
just saw a mistake in the supposed nail in his right hand last finger fom his left to his right
ooh that's cool.. no actually badass especially the dragon! : )
it's very difficult to imitate mr. syosa's animation style though.
his framerate/number is pretty much unique and unmatched i think ; )
but you did your best. i like the concept / idea of the pic.
I am not sure if the animation is an improvement. The dragon could be much slower maybe? like half of the speed when moving and a pause on either side!
Still I just voted for you :)
I can appreciate the effort you put into it, but the more animation you tack on to this, the less appealing and less Syosa-like this becomes. :c
Same, I prefer it without animation, btw its a great sprite.
this would really be much better if it wasnt animated, or if the animation was less spastic. also, the shirt thing is looking kind of cluttered and doesnt really fit with the piece at all. Other than that, this looks great.
Thank you for all the kind words, hints and advices. Because of them I've managed to push this piece even more. Now animuted with couple of secondary motions. I think I can't make any better without having to remake the whole animation with proper key frames.
Awesome dragon. Love this piece so much. I only wish you had a slight animation with his right leg. Did I mention the dragon is awesome?
its a cool piece. i think you did a good job emulating some of the theatrical flair syosa seems to integrate into his character designs.
Im almost wondering if i sort of prefer this to be a static piece. because the motion is so confined to such a limited region of the image, it just reinforces how static the rest of the image is. i realize its just a weekly challenge though and that would be a lot of work to fully animate.
some of the orange values flatten out a bit too much, also i believe that he tends to ramp them to purple, which would have helped integrate some of the dinosaurs hue into the human figure.
Wow, great replica! Not all lines are clean though, and I wonder if he would have filled up every empty spot but it still works out good!
I swear if before I see the Fool's April Challenge i think: Uhu!Syosa posted a pixel!
This is great.
I like the single-colored back leg. Only crit I can think of is I'm not sure what the thing is sticking out of the hat (a feather)?
Holy....
That looks really nice!
Thought I feel like you could remove some of the details on his/her skirt.
Btw, I'm glad to see you posting again :)
Simply fantastic!
