haha, thats ok.
i put it out there. and if you ever feel like it im sure if you drew things like you did in the left 2 squares of this piece. and aimed for an end result like in that video you linked to. i think the end result would look fantastic. and from what im aware they never made a game based on this show.
Hey thanks man. Sorry for not giving your idea more thought. At the time I was thinking about it more, and it actually was a really great idea.
I used to have the Tom and Jerry Mousetrap, and this is what I keep gettin' in my mind:

glad you liked the idea. its probably just a coincidence but the similarities between this and spy vs spy really are rather remarkable. also not sure if i said this before but you did a good job drawing these characters. they look just like they do on the actual show.
I see what you're saying and I'm getting a better invisionment in my head. A point and click would be pretty neat (I'm thinking of the ol' SCUMM engine kind of interface).
I used to have the Spy Vs. Spy game for the gameboy color, so I see what you're point of view on that as well. Those actually are some pretty good ideas.
imnot saying actually make the game but drawing it that way would have made the piece look alot better i think.
in terms of the actual game. i think it could be done. the characters don't need to speak. they don't in the show yet we know what there doing. perhaps we could see what there thinking. or maybe the animation of what there doing can provide some insight on what there doing.
i think some simple elements like that would make the game great. and as for the objective of the game. the show itself feels alot like a "spy vs spy" game. so maybe you twist it into that kind of game. if you've never played that game then think of the road runner cartoon from the looney tunes. its kind of like that constantly setting traps trying to stop your opponent.
@x-death
A point and click adventure game would be pretty neat. I'm thinking though it would be boring, as the none of the characters (thankfully) don't have actual speaking voices.
first piece i've seen based on oggy and the cockroaches. my apoligies if that was spelled wrong.
i think the piece would have looked better as a point and click game. that way you could have had a much better ingame experinence with the roaches and really get a feel for how the house looks and is layed out.
I used to watch this cartoon back in my childhood, brings up so much memories <3
Great job, the lines are very fluid and the contrast well balanced!
Is that oggy and the cockroaches??? Oh my lawd i love that cartoon. great job.
They did, but I think they had canned it at the last second. And it looked really decent too unfortunately. : (
