Haha, I was checking the description to see if you copied the hair - it feels very close, good job capturing the RO feeling! I love the ear twitching, the animation feels very nice there. Maybe make the lower left (viewer's left) leg and foot shift position a little more? The body is moving, but the leg doesn't feel like it so much.
just some points to strengthen the motion as i think the character is neat. i see too much 'shifting' of segments happening with the silhouette. the tail, the arm, the sword. it takes away form the more organic animated pixels taking place in the pants and torso. The sword doesnt look exactly anchored in the hand. perhaps have the sword rotate slightly as the character settles, put a little more 'woosh' into the tail, and fix the 'twitch' in the front foot and i think itll read a lot better as an animation.
I like the motion you gave her leggings. I think the entire animation would look even better if you applied more inertia to those pants and her ears. In the same way that you have them rustle downwards just as she's about to move upwards, those parts could also be pulled up as she's about to move down again. c:
Those ears are awesome!
The pants however a bit... lumpy.
