I think you nailed the motion for a RO sprite just perfectly. :3

I like your style of the motion blur. The only thing i notice is that the sword seems to jump from behind her head to directly above her head with no frames in between and no blur. I don't know if that's really a problem though.

 I like this ;) it looks like she has 250 agi :3

It's nice, but it would look much better if you worked on that motion blur. Here's an example of something I did a while ago. Maybe it's not great but probably you can get the idea:
