I think crepuscular rays can go round depending on the surface they are being refracted from, if in the case are the trees it sounds logical to me. My only crit is that probably you have used too much black in the trees at the sides and the bushes down there and the sky is a bit flat. However i'm talking about realism, and since this is art you can do wathever you want with it.
In overall y really like your work, the palet and the ambientation you give to it. Congrats.
Nope, thats not it, it's just that realism isn't the important thing, there are other issues with this pic but to fix it I would have to repixel almost the whole picture, instead it would be better to make a new picture.
There's nothing to divide it into three rays, logically it should just be a solid area of rays
Don't you want to make a difference? I do. Well thats a bad way of thinking, you won't get far thinking this way =/;
I know it is not realistic but it doesn't really matter. If its not ugly or unreadable thats ok with me.
I like it but the crepuscular rays are supposed to be flat, not round, unless they are comming from a circular area.
also, the brances os the trees aren't looking like trees.

Near photographic... this is stunning in all respects.
