@Imagician: I see what you mean, most of the jacket I kind of half-assed. Most of my focus went into the portrait which I then expanded into the torso with less attention to detail. But yea, I should probably find a better technique for rendering cloth.
@Super17: Glad you think so, thanks!
@Ptoing: Damn, that's totally smooth, love the edit to the jacket and the darker tones. I think I prefer the lighter shadows on his face though. I love the smoothness of the jacket. Much appreciated.
Looks great. Have too agree with ptoing nevertheless in some points, the arm looks a bit like fill tool gone wrong (contrast is ok for me, though). Also, I have to point out that he doesn't exactly look "young" as postulated in the title ;)
As always I admire your ability to add such character to your pieces. Very well done.
I knew it was yourse when I first saw it =) because of the blue on the background.
This is very good as far as the character and general art skills goes, but I feel the pixel skills are somewhat lacking.
Since pictures are better than words I made an edit regarding aa, clusters, and colours/contrast to some extent. I did not fix up everything I could have (like the trees which I only edited partially or the hat which I did not touch a lot apart from mainly AA)

I hope this is helpful. If you have any questions just ask :)
Really dig your style, Xamllew.
