As for critism, I think I would have put black outline around the thumb and maybee be more careful with the black on the shoulder which I dislike. Also I don't like the the straight neck and the mouth area is not very well defined I guess. I am still not really seeing a mustache.

I love the eyes, the nose and the hair, they make a very funny character!
