hmm, kinda borderline what we would call "oekaki". The only difference between what we define as pixel art and what we call oekaki is how 'sketchy' the image is. A lot of the outlines look pretty clean, a lot of the fur texture is pretty loose, and the placement of individual pixels is no longer a big concern.
