pretty cool i like the sky in this, and the robot is a pretty cool design i dont mind the dithering, thinks it looks good as is personally, if thats how it was originally inteneded...

 I don't think the text needs any dithering, it'd stand out more as a flat colour with a single highlight, and have more contrast to the background.

Or viewed differently, perhaps too little?
The clean areas are not in balance with the overall sky. I'd guess the logo would lift and so would the menues more if things in the background were not as "sharp", but rather blurred from various sets of interpolations and noise.
