The shadows are more correct now. Try to fill the empty spaces on the pic with objects and details. It helps a lot.

 Ah! Good piece, but get rid of that CIA logo. For now, this will have to go for revision until you get that fixed up.

Increased the scale of people! Finally. )

Now here is a shadows issue (if we ignore others). Lights cast shadows on the side while other objects have it straight down and the copter has no shadow at all.

P.S.: And CIA logo on the van is NPA. Don't worry, I won't tell anybody.
