the fact you know what PA and knows what to do makes me believe you see its not PA... just crop it do not resize

Despite your constructive critism i still dont know what I have dont wrong then, used ps to crop using the measurments asked for on the website. Please enlighten me.

 The preview cannot be scaled or it becomes NPA. Just crop the picture or use only a piece of your art to make the preview.
