PIXEL ART REQUIRES REVISION! - I have a similar problem, this means that the work is not on, or sucks?

Well, first off, I drew a circle. each frame, I moved it down. etc. then bounce it back up.

(I did not use ps3k though. I used RealWorld Paint ^.^
