dither mode is a mode in Pro Motion ( a pixel prog I recommend ) where it automatically draws your chosen brush in dither patterns you select. I usually only use 25% and 50% dithers, and gradient between the two by hand.

I love the colours on this one. They're so vivid and the mix of them all gives much life to the portrait. Also, the eyes are really well done, and the beard/moustache and nose too. It has a wonderfull arangment of colours and I love the patterns on there. The only thing that I can see that is even remotly off putting to me is that the facial hair on the chin doesnt realy blend into the skin, Unless that is the affect you were looking for. Definatly a 5 ratind and a favorite from me.Keywords

I don't think this is cyclone ripoff. As far as I remember, cyclone does that diagonal thingie.
Also he uses brilliance2.0 (best amiga pixelling program) with transparency, which gives characteristic results.
