Tilesetnya bagus gan, detail pohonnya juga bagus. Good job.
Unless that's a giant tree, this scale may be a pain in the ass to maintain for an entire game's worth of art. The ground tiles will always tend to look really small and detailed compared to the sprites and walls.
Besides that concern, the art looks good so far. The grass-to-dirt transitions might look better if the shadow only ran along the underside tiles. I might make the trunk of the tree a different hue (warmer?) to separate it from the dirt tiles. Otherwise it risks looking like a dug-up patch of ground. The plants could stand to be darker (or bluer) so they don't blend into the grass so much either.

Nice work. The trunk doesn't stick out as much as the leaves due to much less contrast, though.

Nice, but I think a part of the plant to the left of the tree got cut off on the right side. Might want to just fix that.
The tree looks great, but seems to be a side perspective rather top-down like the tiles suggest. Nice stuff though.

Pretty cool tileset. I'd prune some of the noise myself, though, to make it clearer.
