I would recommend you AA a little the edges of the eye using the color of the mountains. The AA you did with blues on the moon is not really that good...its banded and looks weak. Overall its a good piece and you have been creative with the flag but try to work on AAing in future work, k ; ) just remember that you want to 'soften' edges but not show the AA itself. Practice, practice, practice and also not everything needs to be AA in any piece but knowing how to AA well is a great thing.
