mouth should be more wide and you should add shading. Check some pixel art tutorials on the forum pixeljoint.com/forum

It was done with symetry, I don't see what you find out of place. Could you explain a bit more ?

Also the eyes are this size on all masks.

 as you can see, his left eye is out of place. Make both of eyes smaller
