Looks much better and desaturating that mid red certainly works better. As you can see the AA itself still stands out as an 'item'. Likely the lighter AA color is too deep : / With AA the trick is to smooth but not be noticed.

@jalonso: I adjusted that red, desaturated it and moved it a little more towards an orange. Good call, and thanks for the welcome. :)

My only crit is that the middle red used for AA is too saturated and makes the AA stand out far too much.
