I don't really like the dithering you have going on in your pieces (I don't think you should dither everything), but on this one it looks alright.. I like the colors a lot except for color of the gun.
Maybe arms and shoulders need some work, since legs are looking far better..
The fuzzy style and shading is pretty well executed, but it doesn't work as well with a pure black outline. Perhaps colorize those borders to be of the same color as the clusters they surround? Other than that, nice job.
Not enough highligts and his arms seem way to rounded. However its still good.
