Cute :) She reminds me of DW from arthur. I think that the black outlines in her hair are a little harsh though
Oh, I see. I kinda tried to make a wind effect but it's still not good enough. It's 4th picture I made in pixels so I hope in future my skills will get better because finally I've found a place to get a critique and to look at good works :)
