You could experiment with removing the speculars if you want to keep playing around. The neck is better, but looks a bit odd because it lacks highlights.

Thanks guys. I can't quite notice the other issues or know how to go about fixing them, but I did the remove the highlights from the collarbone, and it does look quite better that way, I think.
[EDIT] Did some work on the eye. Better? Older version in description for anyone that wants to see.
Nice work. A couple of things: Looks a bit crosseyed, because of the left eye. Forehead seems like it's sloping backwards a bit, though it's probably an optical illusion caused by the hair. And the collarbone highlights make the indentations look sharp-edged.
