I'm having trouble reading her left hand, but besides that, it's pretty great.

I get that.  It's not the proportions, it's that her lower body looks contorted and messed up like a broken action figure

 It is supposed to be cartoony. No regular body measurements here, sorry.

woot kof.  readability on the ball thingy and cape could be better, and the face is too cartoony for me taste.  And the butt and lower body anatomy looks really really off with the top, like someone took her and twisted her whole lower body backwards 360 degrees
