I'm very very new to pixel art (this basically was my second try after some smaller sprites), so I'm still trying to figure everything out... would you possibly know how to eliminate the jpeg artifacts? That would be awesome! I'm using the app make pixel art, could the problems come from the conversion out of that app?

looks like you've got some jpeg artifacts in here, looks like messy pixel placement regardless though, might be borderline oekaki even without the unintentional noise.
