This is one of my favourite monsters of games: The bulborb. The worst nightmare of Pikmins. Maybe it is not a "villain", it is a monster but is the main enemy of main characters of the game.

Beautiful. Only thing I see is that you could do cast shadows from the eyes/stalks. Or maybe that'd be incorrect? I dunno I can't shade

Your dithering (and more generally your style) perfectly suits this character, it gives a nice 3D impression. Definitely one of the best entries i've seen so far
