Actually you're right. The Face kinda looks like Ash Crimsons (KOF 2003) which IS actually a guy. Maybe I'll repost it when I've done some animations for it.

I agree with that. It looks kind of like a guy when I first look at the face. Beside that, it looks awesome!

Everything is wonderfull besides the face. I would suggest updating this piece as it has potential.
