4/7. mainly because the nearest back leg looks awkward.. given the angle of the other back leg, i would expect to see a significant part of the underside of the foot visible.. argh.
I mean, foot closer to the viewer, knee pointing towards the opposite knee and underside of foot in directly opposite direction, so the weight is properly balanced.
That's the main technical error.. What you set out to do you achieved quite well -- I completely approve of your usage of dithering, and the lighting's pretty much right too. I appreciate the style too, reminds me of some older PC RPG/dungeon type games -- by older I mean when EGA graphics were standard, heh (though I can think of some VGA rpgs with that style of graphic too)
Finally, the way that one horn is smooth is a little strange.
Ooh, yes, the stomach is kind of blah... but other than that, and maybe his leg (I dunno, it's probably just me, I dont even know what I'm thinking on this little of sleep) this is great. The colors are bright but not eyeburning. Good work~ :D
The dithering is very well aranged and the lighting is wonderful. The only downfall to this is the shading on the stomach., I think it needs working into.
