Well, Dennis, it looks like he's trying to make the teth ugly, hence he is an ALIEN. But you are right with the perspective and lac of AAing. the blood could do with some shading, too. You could also lower your color count.
The perspective on the lower chin and teeth looks somehow wrong. Shading on the forehead looks good. The lines could need some antialiasing. Shading and texture of the teeth are ugly.(Sorry for being so harsh.) Don't mind me at all, i'm a newbie, maybe i am all wrong, but it's just how it appears to me.
