Haven't you seen Elmo in Grouchland? Terrible movie, don't watch it. Anyways, there's a portal that apparently leads to Grouchland in the bottom of Oscar's trash can.

Love how the cover wobbles before it pops up. Cute design. The eyebrows put a neat stamp on the face.
