Reminds me of a medieval Italian painting that I can't recall the name of. Nice work anyway.
I really love warhammer 40k universe, and this piece is awesome ! Looks like it was knitted :D
Thx a lot, seeing what many of you did...
I sort of use some handicap (the wide pixels, only 16 colours) and it is not as refined as many of the stuff here, the palette is quite straight and simple, so are the effects and lightings.
So I am honnoured by your comments.
"That composition, it reminds me of something.... "
Took me a bit to figure out. Clever to have that inquisitor hat there.
Superbe! les personnages me rappelle un peu l'ambiance des méta-barons ou de Moebius.
Yeay, sorry for the upscaling, it is my first post here.
Thx a lot for the comments all of you.
Still a few pixels would need slight refine here and there, i had to rush it a bit to the release...
Demoparty, remote entrie, had to manage to get it executable on the real machine (Amstrad PLUS in Basic language) and send it to the event's organizers (GMail failed me so hard...)... lots of white hairs were gained this day.
you can find (french) a how i did it there :

this is a topic in a French Amstrad Forum, you are all welcomed.
I know the Amstrads are not quite popular here but hey, give it a try... It could really surprise you Speccy and c64 lovers.
Why do I love this?
It really gives me the vibes of a digital John Blanche Artwork. And it looks like a pic from a window in one of the huge chapels that are synonymous for gothic sf.
" I will ease the Machine Spirit's pain."
I love this take on the old classic O_O
No need to upscale images, PJ has a zoom feature.
Lol actually it is Netherland Vlaams master painter, not italian... Rembrandt...
