I think a little more frames would be pretty cool.

 A great animation of the character attack which is done here, however, if this is meant to be an attack whilst running, and as I see from your user image that the girl which is running there is the same character, the sword is behind her, and it would be really nice that in this animation you would include how she takes it out, otherwise great work.

 Yeah, I think you need a couple more frames.  Off the top of my head, seems like she leaps forward too suddenly.  Cool sword, though.

The blur disapprears too fast, maybe add a frame or two where it gets smaller.
