Her design is based on the '(Color) Devil' enemies from the megaman games, the white parts are some sort of ceramic powder that she can form into an armor. She's wearing a swimsuit to make it easier to keep her form. And it only took... 18+ hours.

This is really cool! I love the way the armour seems to be floating to the surface before solidifying. Definitely an interesting concept.
