Nothing to actually "emulate"...
You can use Graphix2 with an "Amstrad CPC" friendly setting per exemple.
You just need to be accurate with the palette, the "video modes" too : resolution, number of colours and pixel ratio.
And that's it mostly, perhaps you can also put some video tricks to have more colours onb screen (Rasters, split rasters ,etc...).
You can find most informations at CPCwiki, there :

I adore the look of Amstrad CPC graphics. Maybe I could learn one day to emulate it.
The blue with yellow letters screen is a nod to the "Basic" original seting, yet somewhat scaled up with artificial scanlines effect.A true amstrad displayed on a true original monitors used to have actually not a lot of scanline effect compaired to some Arcade or even low res EGA.
(Also the pixels weren't angular/square... but this is the general way on those CRT monitors)
Again, this picture is supposed to be displayed on a real machine.
but I admit it is not as refined as so many stuffs posted here.
OMG I'm not sure if I like this. I like the font but the big blue mmm, is to biiig.
I
amstrad.
