Chrome browser is known to "blur" the image when you use the zoom functions. Try using Firefox instead.
Is not a bad piece of pixel art but is pretty smal. Maybe you can group some of your sprites before submit them one by one. And about the animation: If you're asking for a software, I use GIF Movie gear; if you are asking about how, with patience you have to create all frames and paste them into the animator soft. GL!
Seems like it is a problem with my browser that it keeps on smoothing out the image I am trying to see zoomed in :P
It won't be difficult to see at all. See those Minus and Plus buttons under it? :)
I suggest that you ask for help in the forums WIP section, you will have a higher chance of getting help there (as it is for getting help :D).
I have little to none knowledge of animation, sorry.
Other than that, I like the small simplistic design of that little knight, through I would experiment a bit with reducing the highlights of the armor on the hands (at least the one away from the viewer) and shoes.
