Just spent a couple hours putting this into a real game engine (though for PC, not a real CPC as of yet unfortunately) as I'd already made one for another CPC related project.  Haven't animated the characters yet so they tend to slide and I need to put in diagonal and upwards firing for RoboCop and some death animations but it's certainly functional so far.

Thanks I do like the scanlines and am always happy when I find even a console port of an old game to support them (like Final Fight and Street Fighter III do on my PS3).

I got so pleased with how this turned out given the technical boundaries I forgot I don't really use this site and uploaded it without even really thinking.  And thank you. :)
