Since you're not creating this from scratch (ignoring your Carl Sagan quote's point of view XD), it would be nice if you corrected some anatomy issues, like the right arm or even the differences between the legs. Anyway, you polished it very well!
"If you want to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe." Carl Sagan, but I understand your point of view
No I don't read french. The 'cheat' is that these images are done by other people to start with and you turn them into CPC images and clean them up to various degrees often without the permission of the original artist. This site is more about images created from scratch. Using references as inspiration is fine but cleaning up a piece that was converted from somebody else's art is where you may find problems with the people on this site. You've certainly got skills using the CPC palette and resolutions as shown in the cleaning up of the converted Lobo image and I want to see what cool images you can create yourself without using somebody else's and I would recommend you only post the images that are all yours from scratch as to not start trouble here.
thank you, but I do not think transfer is a cheat (if you speak French reading this of excellent graphic CPC "SuperSly" http://cpc.sylvestre.org/articles/articles_transfert.html :)
Some may say there's some 'cheating' as you converted an image to CPC format but I think the difference between the messy converted image and your much nicer clean up I'd certainly say you did enough quality pixel work for it to count and be accepted here. That's my opinion. :)

Thanks. I've been revamping that since then, and also in the past week or so I've been doing a new RoboCop CPC revamp too. Anyways always nice to see more CPC-related pixel work.
It's cool. I've never seen the CPC palette used quite this way before I saw this piece so I find it interesting.
yes it is true , the CPCs to a lot of blue, I wanted to humanize Lobo and give a personal touch
I love the CPC palette. Easily my fave of the 8 bits and one of the few reasons I even bother pixelling anymore.
Must say I do find the color choices strange in this image when the CPC has plenty of the colors needed to give Lobo his actual correct color scheme.
Salut Mac ! comment vas tu ! t'as vu j'ai suivi ton conseil
