Thank you for everybodys feedback. I am new to this site and to pixel art as well. I will take your tips in consideration but at the same time I am trying to find my own style.  :)

If you want your art accepted on pixeljoint, don't use the gradient tool ever.  There are like two thousand too many colors in this piece.

Conflicting pixel resolutions like the ones you have here are generally frowned upon- try to make all pixels the same size.

You should probably try to reduce the color count as well- that many colors isn't really necessary.

Lastly, it doesn't need to be so huge- there are built-in zoom buttons, so you can post it at 1x resolution.
