There's one tiny weak point IMO, the thinner outline on top of the "orb". It looks a little artificial, compared to the bold outline used everywhere.
I wish you would offend some sensitivities more often... ;p

I've never seen anyone actually whine about nudity, but all melodrama aside it will probably need an 18+ preview. Nice work, I feel the hand is a bit small though, and agree with AB about the shape of the ribcage.
Looks cool, but I think that the rib cage should be of a bit different form and pronounced more subtly (perhaps not with black, only with blue and light blue colors).
I think that preview is self-explanatory and no warnings needed.
Get ready for the influx of whining about the nudity!! POST A WARNING ON THE PREVIEW man ... this is the internet and we can't have pixelled boobies just hanging out without warning!!!
