Some eyebrow shape might help. :) You wouldn't need to add actual eyebrows, but where people have them, there is that shape to the face?

Thanks for the observations! You couldn't be more right about the part of the face above the eyes. I just couldn't come up with something to make it look better (yeah I'm a rookie, suggestions anyone?)...

The hair (scarf?) feels a bit like a flat shape. The face also feels like it stops having any curve to it above the eyes.
