I started working on this in 2009. A year later, I finished it. I consider it complete, but I am far from averse to working on it some more.

Yup, a lot of jaggedness along the jawline among other places. I may very well try my hand at it again. It's been two years--enough time to gauge if I've improved any. :)

I love the color selection on this piece, the blue really stands out. Though, looking at this, the AA on the shaded bits looks a little ugly (makes the features look jagged and such). The main problem is that there is a lot of banding, which is shown here http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11299&PID=139322#139322

This looks very nice, though, but it just needs some more polishing.

I like the way you use violet-blue to shade this.
