there are more than a few problems with perspective. study one-point perspective, make the bottoms of the windows match the angle of the tops, plan out your composition, pick a more interesting object to depict (building is fine but not a simple cube, especially if that cube is warped).
There's a few problems with perspective here.
This has 1163 colors, according to this. How is that even possible? In pixel art we hand place pixels and pick colors with individual consideration. Did you use a brush tool (instead of a pencil), or have anti-aliasing turned on, or blend the colors?
@tanuki it saved as a PNG, as always, my pixel art always screws up when it's big and gets saved as a PNG.
and i can't download paint.NET for some odd reason :l
