I think you should offset the bounce animation on the turret so that Heimerdinger and the turret don't bounce simultaneously like they are right now. Looks a bit off this way.

Nicely pixelled though. Heimer used to be one of my main champions as well. :P

 Really nice job!
The tool's movement is kind of weird tho, I'd rather see the hands moving with the wrenches.
