What a languid mood. The stars seem a bit uniform, maybe they would look more natural if you varied their values a bit. I would move the moon a bit off-center. You could make some interesting compositional shapes depending on what overlaps it.

I don't like the dithering around the moon

I like the mood in this picture, and the animation. But as mentioned before this piece would benefit from some more work.

Nice animation, but the piece could still use a little work. Though the body of the tiger thing (with wings???) is solid, the background is not- firstly, using pure white is usually not a great idea- try darkening it a little, maybe add a little more blue. Also, vary the shapes a little with a few cross or block shapes rather than just dots. The dithering around the moon also doesn't make much sense, I think it would be fine without.
