Saw this on dA and loved it too, I actually like the thick, dark eye brows, gives good expression but I guess that's a matter of personal taste :P I think if I were to offer a place for improvement, it might be the folds towards the bottom of the pants, but I'm not experienced with clothes yet so I'd recommend looking at stock photos or pants in real life for ideas on how to specifically change them.
Nice piece, and cute teddy. However, I find it slightly annoying that the teddy's eyebrows are so dark. It makes it look like it has two sets of eyes to me... 
Really pretty, love the smooth thin lines and coloring.
