Love the pallette, color usage, and fun details. The stances feel a bit stiff and some of the black outlines seem inconsistent, but otherwise very well done!

The dithering on the wings seems a bit off... Maybe you should get rid of it, and try to suggest feathers shadow instead ?

Character and colors look great, tho. :)
