It's what happens when you play with a monkey in a vat of nuclear waste. He's lived with them so long that he has holes in his jackets, shirts and sweaters so they're in this weird place behind his shoulder blades. xD
Good looking! I only wonder where the extra arms come from though, as they do not seem to be inside the jackets. They must be attached to the back in some weird way, behind the shoulders of the real arms!
